Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Win a Trip for Two to Oaks Day with Avery Dennison 800 Easy Apply Cast Coloured Film & Spandex Promotion ("Promotion") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are deemed ineligible.

2. The Promoter is Spandex Asia Pacific Pty Ltd (ABN 55 088 162 038), Level 3, 410 Concord Road, Rhodes NSW 2138. Spandex Asia Pacific Pty Ltd is owned by Spicers Australia and forms part of the Spicers Group.

3. The Promotion is open to customers of Spandex Asia Pacific Pty Ltd who are residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter, its related companies, suppliers and agencies associated with the Promotion, and the immediate families of those persons are ineligible to enter.

4. The Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on Monday 24 August 2026 and concludes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on Friday 9 October 2026 ("Promotional Period").

5. Eligible products must be purchased during the Promotional Period. Product orders must be received before the conclusion of the Promotional Period. The time of receipt of entry will in each case be the time the eligible order is processed by the Promoter.

6. Eligible entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they like.
Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw for every $500 (ex GST) spent on Avery Dennison products purchased through the Promoter's order desk or online at shop.spandex.com during the Promotional Period.
Entrants will receive an additional two (2) bonus entries for every $500 (ex GST) spent on Avery Dennison 800 Easy Apply Cast Coloured Film products.
Accordingly, every qualifying $500 (ex GST) spent on Avery Dennison 800 Easy Apply Cast Coloured Film products will receive a total of three (3) entries into the draw.
Entries will be calculated based on each full $500 (ex GST) spent during the Promotional Period.

7. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency or business location in order to claim a prize. If a winner cannot provide proof acceptable to the Promoter, the winner may forfeit the prize.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the Promotion or Promoter.

9. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Details
10. The Promotion will award five (5) prizes comprising one (1) winner from each of the following sales territories:
•New South Wales / Australian Capital Territory;
•Victoria / Tasmania;
•Queensland / Northern Territory;
•South Australia; and
•Western Australia.
Each winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to attend Victoria Racing Club Oaks Day at Flemington Racecourse, Melbourne on Thursday 5 November 2026.

Each prize includes:
•Two (2) Oaks Day corporate hospitality tickets;
•Return economy airfares for the winner and one guest where required (Victorian winners will not receive flights);
•Two (2) nights' accommodation in Melbourne for the winner and guest;
•Dinner for the winner and guest on Wednesday 4 November 2026;
•Dinner for the winner and guest on Thursday 5 November 2026;
•Return transfers and associated travel arrangements as determined by the Promoter; and
•Food and beverage inclusions provided as part of the Oaks Day hospitality package.
Travel Conditions

11. The Oaks Day event is scheduled to take place on Thursday 5 November 2026 in Melbourne, Victoria.
Winners and their accompanying guests must be available to travel on the dates specified by the Promoter. Travel is anticipated to include departure on Wednesday 4 November 2026 and return on Friday 6 November 2026, however travel dates may vary at the Promoter's discretion.
Should a winner or guest be unable to travel on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited and no cash alternative or substitute prize will be offered.
All travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, event tickets and transfers, will be arranged by the Promoter.
All travel, accommodation and transfer arrangements are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Any changes requested after bookings have been confirmed may be permitted at the Promoter's discretion and any additional costs will be the responsibility of the winner.
All accompanying guests must be aged 18 years or over.

Entry to Flemington Racecourse and hospitality areas remains subject to the conditions of entry imposed by the Victoria Racing Club and venue operators.
Any costs not expressly included in the prize, including travel insurance, additional meals, minibar charges, room service, telephone charges and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner and guest.

Prize Value
12. The total maximum prize pool value is AUD $19,750 (inc GST).
Prize winners are advised that accepting a prize may result in financial and/or tax implications and should seek independent financial advice before accepting the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash, account credit or future purchases and are not transferable.

Draw Process
13. Eligible entries will be grouped according to the entrant's sales territory. The draw will take place at the Promoter's premises at Level 3, 410 Concord Road, Rhodes NSW 2138 at 10.00am AEDT on Monday 19 October 2026.
The draw will be conducted using the RandomDraws.com computerised random draw platform by a representative of the Promoter appointed by the Promoter. Eligible entries from each participating territory will be drawn separately.
The first valid entry drawn from each territory pool (New South Wales / Australian Capital Territory, Victoria / Tasmania, Queensland / Northern Territory, South Australia and Western Australia) will be declared a winner.
The Promoter will retain records of the draw process and winning entries.

14. At the time of the draw, the Promoter may also draw reserve entries from each territory pool. Reserve entries may be used where a selected winner is unable to be contacted, is deemed ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Reserve entrants (if any) will be advised in writing within seven (7) days of the draw.

Winner Notification and Publication
15. The Promoter will attempt to notify winners by telephone on 19 October 2026 and by email on 20 October 2026.
In accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, the winner's details (surname, first initial and postcode) will be published on the Promoter's website at shop.spandex.com within thirty (30) days of the draw.
Where a reserve entrant is awarded a prize, the reserve winner's details (surname, first initial and postcode) will also be published on the Promoter's website within thirty (30) days of the reserve prize draw or prize award.

Prize Acceptance
16. Winners must accept their prize by 5.00pm AEDT on Thursday 22 October 2026.
If a winner does not accept the prize by this time, is deemed ineligible, or is otherwise unable to claim the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve entrant drawn from the relevant territory pool during the original draw process.
Reserve winners may be contacted from Friday 23 October 2026.

Travel Documentation
17. Winners and their guests are responsible for ensuring they possess any identification or documentation required for travel, accommodation check in and event entry. Failure to provide required documentation may result in forfeiture of the relevant component of the prize.

Publicity
18. By accepting a prize, a winner agrees to the publication of their surname, first initial, company name, State or Territory and postcode and agrees to participate in reasonable promotional, marketing, photography, videography and publicity activities associated with the Promotion without further compensation.

General
19. In the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, industrial disputes, civil unrest or other unforeseen events, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

20. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate, contractors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion or use of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to travel documents, tickets or prize components once issued.

22. The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, internet disruptions, system errors or other issues beyond its control that may affect participation in the Promotion.

Privacy Consent
23. To administer this Promotion, the Promoter may collect personal information from entrants. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, conducting the draw, contacting winners, publishing winner details where required by law, and conducting promotional activities associated with the Promotion.
