General Formulations Application Tape GF 851 Sign Mask
GF 851 Yellow Paint Mask vinyl is a 3.4 mil matte yellow vinyl coated with a removable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on a 78# clay coated liner. The vinyl is formulated for ease of cutting while retaining resistance to common solvents encountered in typical spray paints and automotive finishes. In combination with the removable acrylic adhesive this product has the tack to withstand edge lifting in normal painting processes while removing cleanly after the paint has dried. The 78# bleached kraft liner provides an excellent base for plotter cut graphics and home craft applications.

GF LAM PPS2W Barrier Film
GF LAN PPS2W Barrier Film is a 2.3 mil white metalized print-treated polypropylene film coated with white pigmented permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on a smooth overlay liner. This film is designed to accept a variety of UV curable and solvent-based screen inks. May also be used with flexographic, offset and letterpress inks but must be tested prior to use. This product is designed as a low-cost opaque over laminating film for two-ay decals. Film is especially suited for use with clear low tack vinyl or static cling vinyl window decals.

GF Mounting Film 106 116 is a double-coated pressure sensitive 1.0 mil polyester film with optically clear permanent acrylic adhesive. GF 204 is a 3.4 mil polymeric gloss white calendered vinyl coated with a clear low-tack removable acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to a 90# layflat liner. This vinyl is designed to accept a variety of solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex and UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. The clear adhesive creates a lasting bond to a variety of common substrates yet will remove easily and cleanly at the end of the useful life of the graphic. The 90# liner offers excellent product layflat in a variety of ambient conditions.

GF 218 is designed to be 100% opaque and is excellent for window graphics and retail displays where total opacity and zero light transmission is required. GF SAV 246 7yr
GF 246 is a premium 2.4 mil polymeric gloss white vinyl film coated with a permanent, repositionable grey solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to a 90# layfat liner. GF 246 can be printed on a variety of solvent-based, latex, UV and thermal printers that are commonly used in wide format systems designed to produce high quality, long term graphics. This product may also be printed on using other printing processes such as UV screen and UV curable offset but must be tested before production. Use in applications where a high quality white marking film requiring flexibility, durability and resistance to sunlight is specified such as Fleet decals and graphics.

GF SAV 255 3yr Optimark
GF 255 OptiMark™ is a 3.0 mil optically clear high gloss flexible calendared PVC film coated with a clear solvent and removable pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to a 2.0 mil traction backed polyester liner. This film is designed to accept a variety of solvent-based, UV curable and latex inks common to wide format digital printing systems. The adhesive system provides clean removal from glass for up to one year under normal exposure conditions. The 2.0 mil polyester liner has a traction coating to aide in processing on common digital printers.
