CCP(P) for product preferred high gloss smooth finish, the surface has a mirror look appearance with a light reflecting effect . Micro porosity surface is special designed for evenly ink absorption with best printing result. Well suited for promotional and general labeling.
The substrate should be free of dust and lubricant before applying. Please use once unwrapped, if there are remains they need to be wrapped by an OLT wrapper. This product should be tested thoroughly under use condition to ensure it meet the requirement of the specific application.

Pacesetter Self Adhesive Cast Coated Split Back
X-Type is a permanent acrylic adhesive, emulsion water based, offering a perfect combination of initial tack and stronger adhesive strength, and an outstanding adhesion to most substrate that also rough surface can be used . X-Type is a multipurpose which stronger adhesive suitable for high converting speeds, achieving optimal dispensing. And recommend to use onto smooth and curve substrate that diameter is ≥ 25 mm. The adhesive complies with FDA regulation in 21 C.F.R. Section 175.105 for indirect contact application as the label that were intended to be use on the outside of food packaging material.
