3M Plastic Applicators are hand applicators used to apply 3M Diamond Grade Reflective Markings and 3M Photoluminescent Film, use with the 3M Low Friction Sleeve 63711.
- Packaged as 25 each per carton, 40 cartons per case
- Used to secure edges of the paint protection film
- For best results, use with the 3M Low Friction Sleeve 63711
- The applicator can be used with a 3M Low Friction Sleeve SA-1
