PhotoTex OPAS Blockout
PhotoTex OPAS Blockout adhesive fabric is a 95% block-out media with a bright white finish that is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, and UV- curable ink. Phototex-OPAS sticks to any nonporous flat surface and removes easily with no residue for sharp-looking, seamless graphics and superior photographic images every time. This opaque version is perfect for overlapping/panelling and hiding marked or coloured walls (especially in the non-printed areas of the media. Phototex-OPAS is ideal for life-size photographic cut-outs for walls and wall murals. It also works great for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications, including columns, doors, sign and header boards. The adhesive is removable, reusable, and repositionable. It does not remove paint from a primed wall, is safe to apply over wallpaper, applies without wrinkles, and does not tear.

Roban Airmesh Fire Rated is a high tensile, open structure, air permeable knitted polyester yarn with a white digitally printable PVC coating on both sides. It is ideal for printed high resolution single or double sided images displayed indoors and in high strength outdoor applications whereby wind, light transfer & visibility are required. The PVC film is bonded with the fabric using a chemical process which maintains optimum fabric strength & prevents premature de-lamination whilst maintaining a formulation which is easy to print, finish and install.

A black centre layer is provided to restrict the effect which light transmission has on the graphic appearance and the surface coating thickness prevents the inner scrim to be visible though the printed image.
